CSA - Czech Airlines
Czech Airlines operates domestic and
international services covering Europe, Africa, Australia, the
Middle East, the Far East, USA and Canada.
Czech Airlines was established as Czechoslovak State
Airlines on the 6th of October 1923. That was the year when the first transport
flight from Prague to Bratislava took place. Six years later, the company became
a member of IATA (International Air Transport Association) and in 1930 it
started operating international services. In 1998, at the 75th anniversary of
the foundation of the company, new flights were opened to Oslo, Nice and
Bologna. In 2001,Czech Airlines joined the SkyTeam alliance.
