Carpatair - Romanian Airlines

International & Romanian air network with hub at Timisoara International airport

Carpatair started in 1999, aiming to serve a regional market niche: traveling needs between less exploited areas from Romania and European countries closely linked to us. Back then, it only meant one leased aircraft, merely 10 employees, and one route: Cluj - Treviso - Cluj.

To a modern fleet of 2 Fokker 100, 9 Saab-2000 and 3 Saab-340 aircraft, add a combination of passenger comfort, operational performance, a well-trained flight crew and bottom-line efficiency and you will obtain the full package of any demanding customer.

As a member of MITA and IATA Clearing House, Carpatair has taken advantage of the collaboration with significant airlines from the very beginning, thus developing interline agreements with Lufthansa, Malev, Tarom, Swiss, Delta, CSA, LTU, Tap Air Portugal, British Airways, US Airways, and Scandinavian Airlines.

While the regular flights mean high reliability, flexibility, professionalism and competitive prices, the charter flights of Carpatair represent the ultimate way to travel in terms of convenience and the fastest way between two points.

In Romania Carpatair has offices located in Timisoara, Bucuresti (Bucharest), Bacau, Constanta, Cluj Napoca, Iasi, Oradea, Sibiu, Suceava and Tirgu-Mures

International offices in Bergamo, Bologna, Budapest, Chisinau, Lviv, Dusseldorf, Paris, Munchen (Munich), Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Ancona, Florence, Rome, Venice, Turin and Verona.
